India has navigated two maternity leaves - and two identity and career crises - and understands first hand the challenges and paradoxes that we mother and work in.With a background in management consulting and career coaching, India is dedicated to supporting mothers unpack the systems, values and ideologies that influence how we mother and work — so we can redefine success on our own terms - with confidence, clarity, and strategy.Her work brings structure to the messy middle of modern motherhood and work, combining strategic insight with deep empathy.

Services

India works with individual mothers and organisations to support mothers return to work, or navigate their career during early motherhood.She believes that when women are supported to design work and life on their own terms, we all benefit — workplaces, families, and communities alike.This includes 1:1 coaching for mothers, design of return to work programs for organisations, and delivery of leadership training - all designed to challenges the values, systems and ideologies that influence how mothers return to work.
